Yes, this and all of these little pages were made with that Internationally recognized piece of crap known as Microsoft FrontPage.  At work I don't do much with web pages, so I haven't needed to get involved with anything else.  I stick with what I have and what I know!  At least I'm not using Word and just saving it in HTML or something like that.  It's very easy and I have plenty of hosting space, so who cares?!
